  • Our studio is by appointment only and requires you to work directly with the artist to schedule a visit.

  • Each artist manages their own booking process. Visit artist pages or their instagram to learn more about how to work with them.

  • TLDR; Eat, hydrate, lotion, stay sober, bring ID, cash or credit card.

    We recommend eating before you arrive.

    Be sure to keep well hydrated for the days leading up to the appointment in order for your skin to best accept your tattoo.

    If you'd like, prepare the area you're getting tattooed by applying a light daily lotion up until a couple of days before your appointment. This sometimes helps the skin take the ink a bit better, but is definitely not a requirement for getting tattooed.

    When you arrive we will apply a stencil of the approved design to ensure you love the placement before we tattoo.

    Refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages (ideally) the night before and definitely refrain on the morning of your appointment.

    Remember to bring your I.D. as we must have a valid copy on file. A passport will work as well.

    Credit Card + 2.6% fee or Cash is accepted for payment. No Venmo or Paypal.

    Keep in mind Ohio / Warren County requires a 6.75% sales tax for both cash and cc transactions).

  • Each artist prices their art differently.

    Ancient Indigo pricing is by piece (not hourly) and requires a minimum which is communicated each booking period. She will send the price of your tattoo to you before you schedule your appointment.

  • Mystic Rose Atelier processes payments with Square. We accept cash and credit cards. If you choose to pay with a credit card, you will be required to pay a 2.6% processing fee. Venmo, Paypal and other similar services are not accommodated at this time.

  • Lebanon Ohio is about one hour from Cincinnati’s airport, CVG as well as Dayton’s airport. If you are traveling to stay overnight for your tattoo, we recommend the ‘famous’ Golden Lamb. The hotel is the oldest in Ohio and sits right on Broadway street in downtown Lebanon near some great restaurants and coffee shops (Lot One being our favorite). If you’re looking for more of a city vibe, 21C hotel in Cincinnati is a great option and is walking distance from an abundance of amazing restaurants in OTR.

  • Mystic Rose Atelier has a parking lot just outside of the building so you don’t have to worry about finding or paying for parking!

  • You are welcome to bring guests with you to your tattoo. Sometimes it’s nice to have a bit of moral support. We have two extra chairs available for each artist’s station and recommend bringing no more than two people so as not to crowd the experience.
